Nine things were on our menu today. We were asked whether with a leg of goose or a leg of duck ... it was the same price ... € 19.90. We got some kind of sauce with our chosen leg of goose ... it didn't go with the duck, not with the goose, with nothing. That ruined the whole traditional nine things. Chicken sauce is all ... we should rather come back in winter. No thanks.

The delicious food was surpassed by the warm friendliness of the service staff. We felt very comfortable. Thanks for the delicious dinner and the happy atmosphere.

The staff was nice but the lentil soup was not mine and a fresh slice of bread was missing. Otherwise everything is OK.

It was a trip back in time. The schnitzel was as great as from GDR times and we found it really well prepared. Ambience also great. What I personally did not find good was to discuss business matters in front of the guest. The custom was also brought closer to us.

We have been there for the third time, but this time the last time. It was nothing bad but unfortunately nothing really good. The food was okay but the mood was not there. The last time there was live music, this time there was not even music from the radio. Therefore very loud.

We were here for the first time, we were curious about a television program on the MDR, because a trip to the mountain parade in Annaberg was planned, we spontaneously tried it in the evening for the Noerlaa meal. We were sent away again for half an hour because all the tables were occupied. It was worth it, great service staff, quick and friendly. The Neinerlaa food tasted great. Nice explanation of the food. we have reserved for next year !! Great team!

12/23/3019: I have to revise my rating from that time. The ambience is great. Really nice. The cards new and again very appealing. But: there are no more small portions. That's why guests even left the restaurant. Noerlaa servings were made by only one man out of 11 people. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right at all. Our order came after a waiting time of 15 minutes. The first three portions came to the others with an 8min delay. So 3 people ate and 8 watched. And ours, although they were the first, were only lukewarm, sometimes even cold. The sauce, the lentils and the sauerkraut were so salty that you couldn't even eat them individually, we like to pay the higher price, but only if the quality is right. Since there are no small portions for which we would also have liked to pay an additional charge, we will not come back for the time being. Too much food was thrown away today. 12/19/2017: I can not understand the bad rating. You are welcomed in a friendly manner, served quickly. The choice of dishes will also be happy to explain what the Neinerlaa is all about. The menu is really nice and everything is clearly explained here. Fast delivery of dishes that were delicious. The furnishings are quaint, Christmassy, ​​Erzgebirge. Clean and orderly. In the Christmas season you should always pre-order. Clean toilets, although not suitable for the disabled. We love to come back and have been since the opening.

Today the three of us went to the "Neinerlaa" to eat the typical "Neinerlaa" there. Unfortunately, the desire remained. We tried to reserve a table all week. The workforce is obviously so overwhelmed that 1.) it is impossible to get on the phone once, 2.) it is not possible to switch to an AB which explains to the caller that his visit is useless due to overcrowding or 3.) times a note of his website that you are fully booked during the Advent season. In any case, we were already turned away at the door in a rather unfriendly way, with the instruction to reserve for next December. We weren't as lucky as some of the others who tried to clear a table anyway. Were eating well with the Czechs and will look for another restaurant to try the typical "Neinerlaa".

Beautiful Christmas tradition; It tasted excellent, very friendly staff and big plus that there is a vegetarian option. For the weekend but you should book on time (in our case 3 months before). Overall, highly recommended.

Well served, friendly waitress. There was no long wait for the food, although the place was well staffed. Food was tasty, had something with asparagus. Very good.

Enjoy the typical Erzgebirge nine things for St. Nicholas: 9 dishes = 3x3, as 3 was a lucky number. Dumplings = promised talers; Sauerkraut = for the long straw (I just thought about which one I meant😂); Celery = fertility; Something swelling (lentils) = hallmarks of pennies & wellbeing & health & physical growth of children😮; Bread milk - for the cattle in the stable; Flesh;.... Nothing should fall down, otherwise there will be no luck next year. When everything is eaten - there will be nice weather next year. And you mustn't get up from the table before you finish - otherwise it would bring work and hardship in the next year. Perfect traditional Christmas menu in the Ore Mountains. Friendly staff. Great ambience of the Ratskeller.

Great experience with ore mountain dishes. High quality without increased prices. Particularly child-friendly! Coloring book and puzzle book for all children, toilet seat and stool available, changing table is in the toilet vestibule.
